Athlete Agenda

The Athlete Agenda is a daily planner that helps athletes achieve their goals with roadmap generation and daily reflection. Regardless of whether you want to run your first mile or win a world championship, the Athlete Agenda planner will help you get there. The Athlete Agenda was born out of two needs. First and foremost, I'm passionate about helping others demystify health and wellness with a low-cost, intuitive approach. I believe that cultivating mindfulness over habit will not only yield better athletic performance, but will spill over into other aspects of one's life. The Athlete Agenda planner is about developing life balance, training sustainably, and cultivating mindfulness. The second is a larger issue plaguing the outdoor industry: people don't take enough time for themselves and their athletic hobbies and pursuits. Often seen as a luxury instead of a necessity, people don't make time for their athletic interests. People also train too hard and unsustainably, burning out and dropping their athletic hobby. The Athlete Agenda is one small step in making athletic pursuits meaningful, mindful, and a part of every day life - which is good for business in the outdoor industry as a whole.
