Lead a team of 5 Core Developer Engineers, under the Global Platform Engineering team. Responsiblefor developing and maintaining internal regression pipelines, improvements to the core product’s Helmcharts. Design and implement new cloud provider support to enable Kubernetes-based DataRobot AI/MLplatform to be hosted in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Openshift.

Led the Enterprise Platform Sustaining team, a dedicated group of Platform Engineers under the GlobalPlatform Engineering team. Primary interface between Field Support/Installers who worked directly withcustomers and the Engineers developing the platform. Level 3 Escalation point for the Field Engineers.Owners of installer software code base for the containerized version of the DataRobot AI/ML platform,and the owners of the Enterprise Installation Guides.

Primary Systems Administrator for the PHP Magento e-commerce platform. Secondary SystemsAdministrator for the Java e-commerce platform. Tasked with maintaining the health and up-time of more than thirty e-commerce websites, spread over multiple AWS regions, using Ansible as the primary configuration management software and SCALR as the AWS interface. Other duties include deploying code bases, maintaining Log capture and storage, and working with developers to troubleshoot live issues. --Used Ansible to automate the capture, transport and storage of all log files for both PHP and Java e-commerce platforms, preventing the loss of valuable information used in troubleshooting problems, as well as maintaining PCI-DSS compliance. Additionally created a central location and software for developers to parse logs, saving hundreds of man-hours per quarter.--Setup an Amazon backed Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana cluster, used to capture log traffic in real-time from 300+ servers. This is used by developers to troubleshoot live issues on 30+ websites. Created a new base template website environment, using CentOS 6, Nginx, Apache, PHP and Redis, to be compliant with PCI-DSS regulations for e-commerce. This was then used as the basis for all new client sites, making the new sites more secure, with a shorter setup and testing time-frame, thereby creating revenue sooner.--Used the Tsung open source software to perform load testing on PHP and Java websites. This allowed for better performance tuning in the PHP and Java e-commerce platforms, as well as better estimates for underlying dynamic server scaling and instance size. --Created a new website hosting infrastructure, onto which four low-traffic websites were migrated. This required modifying the PHP architecture, to allow multiple sites to share the same resources. The sites were moved with no end-user disturbance, and doing so saved approximately $800-$1000 per month in hosting costs.

Open Source project lead, and Primary Windows Desktop technician. Responsible for the health and maintenance of 30+ servers and over 300 workstations across 15 client sites. Responsibilities include supporting multiple Windows Servers: Server 2K8 R2, 2012, Exchange 2K3, 2K7, Active Directory and BackupExec 12, CentOS 6/7.--Work with Active Directory and Exchange to manage Domain users for multiple clients, both single location and multi-site companies. Create/Edit/Manage Users, Groups, Organizational Units (OU) in the domain, as well as constructing/deploying GPOs.--As the Open Source Project tech – built multiple OSS servers (CentOS 6/7) to facilitate managing OSX clients at 10+ sites (MunkiServer, MunkiWebAdmin, MunkiReportsPHP, Simian, Kerio Connect)--Responsible for setup and maintenance of Sonicwall firewalls for all client sites. Including VPN (Site-to-site tunnels and Global Client), Active Directory integration, user maintenance, settings backups, hardware installation and replacement.

Lead technician and assistant server designer. Responsible for the health and maintenance of all client servers and desktops, as well as office peripherals. Built Active Directory based domains from the bare metal up to full deployment in multiple server/30+ workstation environments.--Built CentOS 5.4 / 6.1 Linux servers, to support Remote Backup solutions as part of comprehensive Disaster Preventions and Recovery plan(s). Worked with Windows programmer to implement a client agent that initiated a VPN to the Linux server back-end, initiated remote back-up, and finished with success/error codes emailed to monitoring system.--Tasked to evaluate, hire, and train interns and new technicians. Mentored subordinate technicians in proper technical skills, as well as interpersonal communications. Resulting in junior techs furthering their professional development.

Served as the Battalion S6 in a Field Artillery Battalion in the NY Army National Guard, consisting of 900 personnel; senior Adviser to the Battalion Commander in all Communications related matters; managed the battalion’s computer network; managed the help desk; accountable for security, care and maintenance of all communications equipment in the battalion valued at $2.2 million; supervised two NCOs and eight Soldiers.

Served on the staff of the Brigade J6 as the network lead and radio lead. Advised the J6 in matters regarding the status of all Brigade network assets as well as down-range assets at Forward Operating Bases.--Developed and implemented the LAN for the 27th Brigade Combat Team and NYARNG post-deployment training exercises. Built three Windows 2003 servers using Active Directory and Exchange 2003 in a 30-50 client infrastructure. Implemented a Classified (SIPR) Network environment.--Deployed to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom
