As a management consultant, I executed a vast array of activities in the context of strategic projects, among which: i) definition of an Italian major bank’s 3-year BP, ii) strategic assessment of a 3-year BP for an Italian PE firm specialized in distressed assets; iii) Business DD on a bank institution, in the context of a transformative M&A aimed at acquiring the banking license (through reverse merge); iv) Business DD on a bank institution, in the context of a strategic acquisition aimed at expanding both the business portfolio and the geographical reach.

As a Private Equity Analyst, besides having performed scouting and screening activities, I executed a comprehensive range of:- asset management activities (e.g. financial metrics monitoring, supporting for directors seating in the BoD, ...) for a portfolio of companies (exclusively comprised of national-level strategic assets) operating in various industries (i.e. Industrial, Energy, Construction and Digital Payments);- investment/ divestment activities, among which those related to the implementation of: i) an M&A deal aimed at creating the European Leader in the Digital Payments industry; ii) a capital increase, in a context of a complex financial maneuver, in support of a major company operating in the industrial sector; iii) an equity stake sale through an ABB process regarding the main construction company in Italy.
