Responsible for the accurate, timely and high volume input of monthly maintenance invoicing into multiple company business systems and reconciling monthly payments and reports for units covered under contract.Create, monitor and cancel monthly maintenance contracts utilizing the company business systemsManage customer accounts, to include recording and tracking payments for units covered under maintenance contractsPartner with customers (internal and external) to resolve billing disputes, provide updates, and train on billing requirements; ensure maintenance paperwork is accurate and timelyResearch, analyze and resolve billing discrepancies via the most effective processMaintain accurate records of maintenance contracts to publish on company business systemsCreate and implement policies and procedures for standardizing, automating and improving monthly maintenance practicesPrepare and organize reporting metrics such as key performance indicators, maintenance billing by location, expense per unit review, etc.Partner with IT for reporting reconciliation and tracking monthly maintenance revenue and expensesPerform other duties as assigned
