CurrentPEW was started in a small room in 1968 and today the group has two Companies that have their footprint in 37 countries around the globe.. The group gradually and consistently brought their scale to a multi-million Dollar turnover with a production floor space spreading across Ten thousand square meters area with primary focus on product quality, business ethics and strong distribution network which ultimately resulted in success. Ashish joined the company in the year 2002 with his modern concepts of manufacturing technology and management. He spread his customer base to 30 master distributers in aftermarket, 60 OEMs all over India and expanded into geographies like Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and North America.Today the organization’s human resource strength stands at 400 and counting, with attrition rate almost zero. PEW roots were always linked with his people. He believes in investing in people rather than machinery and that is the single attribute that has given the maximum dividends.
