• Create detailed system designs, specifications and fabrications using Solidworks and AutoCAD.• Develop cost efficient engineering designs and ideas.• Ensure and maintain the organization’s exceptional standards and classification rules.• Design, draft and conceptualize mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, engine and generatorcooling system, fuel system, black and grey water, exhaust and ventilation system.• Design and draft hull composite structures, equipment foundation, aluminum tanks, composite tank, steel fabrication and welding process, and engine and shaft alignment.• Calculate tank volume and tests pressure.• Implement standardized designs for effective production process.• Oversee and supervise production to minimize clashes and losses.
