I have been an HR Director three times, a CEO twice, a Sales & Solutions Director once, a Mentor and a Master Facilitator. And even a police officer in my earlier career. I have worked at the most senior levels in the FTSE100, the outsourcing sector, financial services and in the public and charity sectors – as well as founding two tech start-ups.As Peter Drucker once said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. Sitting down for coffee with an Afghan warlord and his bodyguards.Waiting in riot gear, behind police lines, as the sun rose over Stonehenge at the Summer Solstice.Travelling across the Hindu Kush on horseback, riding 12 hours a day for a week and crossing the Kokcha River on a "Flying Fox".Having a spear thrown at me by a tribesman in northern Kenya.
