In this role, I was responsible for supporting the company’s drug discovery efforts through basic research, which included engaging and managing inter-departmental and external partnerships with contract research organizations (CROs), as required. My responsibly also included the management of the departments biophysical research equipment, which was used for structural analysis, solubility and biophysical testing.
