Built on AWS and Databricks, the cloud-native Corporate Data Lake eliminates data replication and facilitates transparent data sharing through secure, governed processes. It enhances collaboration by allowing teams to pool resources while maintaining security and privacy. Key features include an improved user experience, role-based access, seamless data sharing, and out-of-the-box data quality controls to strengthen data governance and compliance.▪ Led the complete functional ownership and development of the COGT Data Lake Platform from scratch, ensuring strategic alignment and execution from concept to delivery.▪ Partnered with multiple internal teams and external vendors (Databricks) while coordinating with data-producing source systems to deliver a seamless data platform.▪ Engaged with business and platform users to translate high-level requirements into actionable deliverables, fostering alignment across all stakeholders.▪ Oversaw backlog grooming and agile practices, ensuring consistent delivery and prioritization of tasks to meet project objectives.
