· Managed several key company revenue application systems such as; Huawei OCS (Online Charging System - Prepaid IN),OCS is a China developed prepaid platform. Also AVABILL (Billing System),AVABILL is a Sri Lanka developed billing system. In charge of building new Prepaid promotions in OCS as defined by the Marketing Dept. A thorough test of eachpromotion is conducted to ensure stability and fully operational for public launch. Work with users to develop enhancements and program modifications to existing database business systems and toenhance reporting requirements to support rapid growth of company. Research alternatives and recommends products to enhance user remote access to the network. Implement various software that will monitorthe overall performance of file servers and network. Provide technical support for all newly implemented and existing programs. Perform analysis, design, testing and implementation of business applications. Engage in the implementation of new Value Added Services on the network, by closely working with relevant technical teams as necessary. Maintain, document and provide technical support for systems software for specific company needs. Manage and maintain company VOIP PBX system, Call Center metrics system, Company ticketing system,Teleconferencing System. Plan voice infrastructure and application server change and upgrade for VoIP PBX system (Asterisk,Trixbox) as well as Call Center Queueing system (Queuemetrics). Provide Technical support and profession services for corporate customers. Manage company internal Firewall (PIX,ASA5505,ASA5510) systems and ensure maximized network security. Manage VPN tunnels for corporate customers and ensure the security of data. Execute server backups, housekeeping and technical assistance in providing workstation maintenance and network support for Billing, FTP, Remote Access, DHCP reservations, etc.

Monitor various circuits via their respective Satellite Modems. Conduct daily test to ensure readings for each circuit reflects nominal levels as required by the FCC. Maintain Satellite dish, Earth Station equipment to ensure smooth operation of all circuits.
