Leading the Design, Development and Implementation program for implementing IT solutions in one of the major World Bank project of Assam

Worked with the BOCW board of Labour Department, Assam to re-engineer the existing process and provide solutions to enhance the processes of the board

Responsible for preparing project management dashboards, analytics, conceptual designing of the IT systems and execution of the project deliverables with the technical partners. Analytics on the progress of the project scope schedule and cost.

Deputed under World Bank Financed project named Assam Citizen - Centric Service Delivery Project (ACCSDP). Responsiblity includes performing the Business Process Re-engineering activities for Assam Citizen Services, managing the vendors, involved in execution of the various IT related activities as part of the project.
