Key Roles & Responsibilities.Financial accounting, reporting and forecasting: • Oversee the finance department and took charge of achieving the department’s goals by automating, where possible, the financial reporting process using internal ERP and excel, and the other financial systems at our disposal• Manage the monthly close process, working with our CEO to deliver timely and accurate consolidated monthly reporting packages for all 7 companies in the group across USA, India and Hongkong.• Prepare and own the company's consolidated annual financial budget, all reporting and forecasting associated with it and analysis vital for decision making process.• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual covenant requirements budget and comparing against the actual to provide a variance analysis.• Oversee required audit/tax/compliance work in an accurate and timely mannerProcesses, procedures, and controls: • Take ownership of the finance, accounting, legal, IT, and compliance functions by project managing and pushing initiatives forward, while prioritizing and keeping the department organized• Own the financial analysis on all budgetary decisions including human capital, systems implementation, benefit election, IT operations, etc.• Ensure on-time collections and cash management by establishing the right processes, policies, and systemsStrategy and Integration:• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, extracting data and insights that influence operational strategy• Support the financial integration of acquisitions.• Identify core competency needs and gaps across the system and develop plans to address the key opportunities in capability.General:• Effectively recruit, hire, train and grow the finance and accounting team to support reporting and analysis goals• Oversee ADP Payroll processing and meet all the statutory compliance.
