I am leading the M&A group in India (US offices) and my responsibilities include Project Management, Team Management and Client relationship management. I am handling a team of 40+ dedicated resources spread across Gurgaon and Hyderabad specializing in accounting and financial due diligence work. Further, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of growing the team further and take it to 100+ professionals in next 2-3 years.

I joined Deloitte (US offices) for the purpose of setting up the M&A team. I have been successful in setting up the M&A team and we have been providing support to accounting / financial due diligence team of Deloitte USA.Work involves not only setting up the databook for US M&A team but also helping them in various analysis across industries, be it Financial Services (FSI) ,Life Sciences & Health Care (LSHC), Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP) and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT)We have also started writing certain sections of the report for US M&A team.

I was part of Transaction Advisory Services team at Ernst & Young, providing accounting / financial due diligence services to PE clients and strategic investors. During my tenure at EY, I had worked on more than 40+ transactions and was involved as a team member of certain marquee transactions.

As an Associate with PwC, primarily responsibility was to independently look after the audit of NDTV Imagine Limited (GEC). I handled a team of 3-4 resources. Apart from this I have independently executed audits of companies like International Tractors Limited and Dainik Jagran group.

During the article / intern ship period, I have worked extensively on telecom clients and media clients. Key clients include Airtel, NDTV.
