I am a part of the BioNEST initiative, driving the establishment of biotech incubators across India to nurture entrepreneurial ecosystems. To date, our efforts have led to the creation of 75 BioNEST incubators, contributing to the Startup India Action Plan.Previous Experience: Analyst at Syngene International, where I was involved in stability analysis of drug substances and products, coordinating cross-functional teams, and authoring SOPs and STPs.Junior Research Fellow at AIIMS Bhopal under Dr. Ashwin Kotnis, focusing on a case-control study on Vitiligo, investigating genetic polymorphism, and handling sample and data management (including processing over 800 blood samples).Internship: During my M.Sc. dissertation at CSIR-IGIB Delhi, I worked under Dr. Ashok Kumar on molecular and microbiological techniques to detect H1N1 flu through an RNA biosensor. Additionally, I gained training in a BSL-3 lab at NCDC Delhi, specializing in RNA extraction and patient sample preparation.
