I lead initiatives to empower women in technology through coding workshops, mentorship, and community-building events. I guide the executive team, ensuring they effectively manage marketing, finance, and leadership responsibilities. Additionally, I continue to volunteer at one of our partner schools, supporting young students in their coding journey.

I manage relationships with local school’s involved with the UGA and advise Lead facilitator’s on Lesson Plans. Also, I have led educational weekly sessions by visiting local High/Middle Schools in Athens for the last three semester’s to encourage coding interest for Girls.

I am the Lead Facilitator at the Girs Who Code chapter at the University of Georgia. GWC is a nonprofit organization that aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science by equipping young women with computing skills My main tasks are- creating lesson plans to teach elementary to high school students computing skills- going to local elementary, middle, and high schools to teach young women computing skills- lead volunteers to help teach younger students computing skills

I collaborate closely with the marketing manager and fellow marketing team members to execute assigned tasks, including designing flyers and creating promotional materials. I co-manage and update the chapter's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content. I help establish and maintain a presence on new social media platforms as needed to expand our outreach.

As an intern on the Product Analytics team, I conducted an in-depth analysis of one of the product's many deposit acquisition channels, focusing on funding rates and money movement. I also examined first-time user experience (FTUX) marketing communications and app usage data to better understand user behavior and channel engagement. Leveraging Databricks and SQL, I extracted key insights and identified performance trends across these areas. My analysis provided a comprehensive view of the deposit channel's effectiveness. At the conclusion of the project, I delivered data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and optimize the channel’s overall performance.
