Mission: - To educate, inspire, develop and create opportunities and pathways in football for young people of High Wycombe and surrounding areas to develop into coaches and players.360FA aims to create semi pro and professional footballers. Along with this, we want to increase number of football coaches from under represented groups, predominately from the South Asian community.Our focus will be to work with South Asian community in High Wycombe and surrounding areas to provide a platform and an environment which will develop, grow, enhance natural talent and open up pathways and opportunities for those that do not get the chance.We Aspire to Inspire - We Inspire to Aspire

Managing WWSET Social Inclusion Program to achieve the aims and objectives set out by WWSET. Use the power of football/sports to educate, inspire and motivate every individual that I come in contact with. Change lives for the better and to build relations, partnerships with local organisations, businesses, charities, groups to deliver sessions, activities, projects and events that will benefit the enhancement and social growth of communities, groups and individuals, reaching out to the hard to reach and the deprived areas of High Wycombe and the surrounding areas. Bringing innovate solutions and projects to solve the issues facing society and create better communities.Coaching football not just to develop an individuals football skills and talents but more importantly to enhance them as human being through that coaching, not just focusing on just the technical and the tactical but putting a major emphasis on the social and the psychological development of the individual.
