I was employed as a senior PHP/WordPress developer at Business GO Digital. There were several roles that I played.I oversaw the WordPress development team as the team lead. For every new project, I have to compile the client requirements before overseeing my junior team members' work. Project deadlines and quality control are things I have to watch out for. It was my responsibility to contribute to the team's and the project's development and management.In parallel, I was working on an ongoing project for a long-term client in Europe as a PHP Laravel developer. Laravel and Vue.js were used to develop this project. My responsibilities were to work with 10+ backend developers on multiple tasks assigned through Jira. In addition, since the project is multilingual, I am in charge of fixing localization and documentation problems as well as API testing using Postman. The project had a significant amount of work because it was tenant-based.For the MyREDD product, I was the project manager. Core PHP was used to develop this project. When I started this project, I was a junior developer. I finished the project for this company by myself. I managed to work as a backend PHP developer and a frontend developer as well. After working diligently on this project for years, I was later promoted to project manager. I assembled a team for this project thatincludes social media officers, graphic designers, content writers, and a business development specialist. I have to keep my project going in the market by taking a look at them all.

My job includes maintaining the employees' portal and the company website of Core PHP. Core PHP is also used in the development of their employee portal.This employee portal includes:Tax Records,Payroll,Leave Management,Attendance Systems,and other things.
