Via Digital Banking.Lodgment of Complaint on CMS.Send acknowledgment to customer through SMS, CALL & EMAILs.Monthly reporting of open and closed complaints month wise.Root Cause analysis of complaints.

Job ResponsibilitiesTo process Visa Debit Card files from IRIS application.To process Credit Card Embossing Files via utility of credit card.Coordinate with Dispatch for smooth dispatching of daily.Coordinate with Card Custodian for issuance of plastics as per daily requirement.Coordinate with Dispatch for smooth dispatching of daily card batches.Maintain Credit Card Production Register.Communication & Working Relationship in HBLInternal: IT, Business, Mail management unit, return mail ATM department and Policy.External:Vendors related to Card Plastic, Embossing Machines.

To process Visa Debit Card files.To process Credit Card Embossing File. Prepare Issuance & Return request for Blank Plastic Debit/Credit/Prepaid Cards. Extract PSO Credit Card file from PSO Reward utility system.Printing of Pictures on Galleria Cards.Embossing of Credit/Debit/Prepaid WIZ Cards.Embossing of PSO / Merchant Plates / Loyalty Cards.Coordinate with Card Custodian for issuance of plastics as per daily requirement.Coordinate with Dispatch for smooth dispatching of daily card batches.Maintain Credit Card Production Register.
