As a child, I remember standing on a chair in front of a room full of kids, delivering a speech with shaky legs. Over time, I grew into a confident speaker and eventually became a corporate leader. Through debating, working in small to medium-sized teams, and talking to clients, I learned that effective communication is essential for success in any leadership or business role.Today, I'm the Co-Founder and COO of Authiun, an advanced MFA solution that enables passwordless authentication using trust score algorithms. My role involves overseeing platform development, as well as Android, iOS, and UI/UX development, working alongside a talented team of developers.I started my career as a freelancer for one of the first online reputation management companies, Gadook, LLC. Later, I became an employee and partner, and today, I'm Gadook's COO, responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and technology development. I've also founded CrunchPress (Pvt) Ltd, a web development company that has become an Envato Elite author with more than 30,000 customers worldwide. My role at CrunchPress involved managing a team of developers and designers and overseeing the UI/UX of WordPress themes, as well as marketing these products.I've also had my share of failures. I founded an eCommerce startup called Zippy, which ultimately failed. However, the experience taught me valuable lessons, and I was able to bounce back from it.Currently, I serve as CEO of M/S DigiTales, a startup with the mission of delivering internet news first. Our brand, 'DigitalPakistan', has a strong presence on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other popular social media networks, with a network of journalists covering the entire country. In its first year, DigiTales has already crossed 100 million views and one million subscribers, and became profitable in just 11 months. My role at DigiTales involves creating content and social media marketing strategies to continue growing the brand.
