I have amassed nearly half a decade of experience in the litigation (both civil and criminal) and established an international law practice with a special focus on Anti-Money Laundering laws. Outside the courtroom my areas of focus include Banking, Customs, Corporate, Cyber, Real Estate and Personal laws and advises the clients during investigations by the agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (E.D.), Customs Authorities, CBI, SFIO etc. I am actively involved in the litigation and consultancies of the clients based in Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, U.K. etc. and being an active litigator, I have regular appearances in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and District Courts, Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Tribunal (PMLA, FEMA & SAFEMA) as well as various other Tribunals, Special Courts and other Consumer Fora in India.
