As part of reliability studies, I have carried out the following tasks:• Managing RAM projects and directly liaising with the clients throughout the project;• Training and overseeing 3-5 junior colleagues working on RAM projects; • Performing RAM modelling using DNV MAROS, DNV TARO, Isograph Availability & Reliability Workbench;• Collecting equipment failure data from standards such as IEEE, OREDA, NPRD, IAEA and MIL-HDBK etc.;• Chairing model validation meetings with clients to validate the captured RAM model set-up;• Performing asset reliability and asset criticality analysis to identify SPOF;• Producing asset register and spare optimization philosophy using CMMS data and FRACAS reports;• Forecasting the effects of unplanned and planned outages on the facility/system using RAM model;• Evaluating life-cycle cost of the facility/system by performing LCC analysis;• Performing sensitivity analysis using the RAM model to help clients with optioneering; • Identifying critical equipment and advising clients on RCM to avoid facility/system bottlenecks;• Performing RCA using techniques such as 5 Why’s to identify the root cause of the problem;• Performing FMECA to identify, prioritize, and eliminate potential failures from the facility/system; and• Performing FTA to do SIL verification.• Understanding and appreciation of Weibull, Reliability Growth, HALT/ALT and Prediction Analysis.As part of safety studies, I have carried out the following tasks: • Scribing HAZOP and SIL/LOPA using PHA Pro, exSILentia and Excel. I have scribed 30+ workshops;• Scribing HAZID, ENVID, OHID, ISD, Sector Analysis and SIMOPs using PHA Pro, Excel and Word. I have scribed 10+ workshops; • Developing Bow-Ties and safety case studies like HSE case, HER and HEMP using Bow-Tie XP, Excel and Word; and• Supporting in quantitative studies such QRA, EERA, FERA, ESSA and Flare Dispersion using Phast and Flaresim.
