- Heading the Technical and Pre-Sales team for the Cloud Infrastructure and its operations.- In-house managing the Data Center facility for Co-location hosting & delivering the Public Cloud services to the SMEs.- Performing Data Center design modifications in order to meet the Rated-3 data center compliance. - Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical & business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is acquired prior to formulate a solution.- Work with solution design team for converting the customer requirements into a technical solution.- Work closely with sales team that support both direct sales and reseller sales channels.- Responsible for Cloud IaaS Reseller & SaaS Partners engagement and communication.- Deliver training on solutions and provide support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.- Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.

- Managing WiMAX & 4.5G LTE-A network operations, maintenance, deployment and optimization of RAN for Central region. - Oversea a team of network professionals performing Network re-designing, Core Network Operations, Field Operations, RF Planning/Optimization, Field Support activities and Network monitoring. - In-house successfully managing the network roll-out of around 200 Huawei LTE-A 4.5G sites in Lahore. - Without Vendor support, acting as a SME for WiMAX Access & Core NEs and providing prompt support to Core & Backoffice IT teams in case of any service outage or HW malfunction at ASN-GW & CSN end.- Leading role for planning and executing WiMAX/LTE-A network re-structuring, expansion, upgrade or maintenance activities. - Design and deploy various PTP & PTMP solutions in the region to provide dedicated high-speed wireless broadband internet services to corporate companies and on special events.- Coordinating with commercial team for new LTE-A site deployment, existing site relocation, new AOIs surveys, quality sales and enhancing customer experiences.- Closed interaction with Govt. & Private Authorities/Regulatory for performing required field testing/demonstration and getting the necessary approvals to seamlessly deploy LTE-A network along with the co-existence of WiMAX network.- Work with internal product, customer care, sales and regional technical teams to balance internal priority with customer expectations.- Managing and controlling vendors for keeping the network availability & performance up to the mark. - Providing disciplined performance management for team. Define and communicate annual goals, perform formal and informal performance reviews, and ensure changes and updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner.- Performing cost optimization to reduce the operational expenditures.

• Currently providing technical operation consultancy services to the leading Wi-MAX broadband Service provider in Pakistan. • Highlighting major System (Firmware and Hardware related) failures across the Network and providing possible solutions in order to ensure maximum availability of the Network.• Propose solutions including SW/HW level design changes to the higher management for all technical & network level issues, enhancement of features, introduction of new products in the market and their deployment.• Making Preventive Action Plans for the field operations team to tackle with the hardware failures.• Preparing Method of Procedure (MOP) for the field and core teams to deal with the potential occurrences of outage scenario. • Act as technical and functional expert on product solution deployed.• Carry-out reviews of any major incident reports and output of the problem management process, and provide suggestions for improvements.• Bears overall responsibility for the consistent and reliable performance of all ASN & CSN systems, servers, equipment and modifies operation & maintenance procedures to enhance service reliability.• Reviews Core System and Database administration functions and provides comprehensive and effective support to the implementation, upgrade, maintenance, operations, backup and restoration of systems.• Identify the areas of optimization and enhancement in respect of network/applications.
