The company has been operating for more than 35 years and ever expanding the lines of business in various other sectors.Being the CIO of the organization, my prime focus and responsibility is to modernize the organization with the help of technology.Key Responsibilities: Head the IT function to deliver technology services across the group companies. Build and execute the 3-year IT roadmap, in-line with business priorities and objectives, having key-considerations of business growth via digitalization and efficient use of technology. Lead the enhancements on the core business applications, like SAP, SFE, sales & distribution, production, quality management, etc. Introduce the new technological trends, systems and applications that complement the digitization and modernization vision of the organization. Build, retain and keep upskilling the required in-house talent. Build and present the business cases for the new demands arising from both business and IT sides. Manage the delivery of business-IT initiatives via projects’ execution. Lead changes and evolution in technology landscape to gain the competitive benefit. Build and manage the annual IT budgets. Own the IT Risk management process. Manage the organization’s digital portfolio, that consists of portals, mobile and web applications. Accountable for the Information security function for the group.

Responsible for the IT function of the group with prime focus on delivering ICT services to the group companies, while bringing in changes through IT projects addressing key business needs.
