Responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of Cisco, firewall, PABX and audio visual systems (hardware/software), backup of WinNT/2K and MSX Systems, focal point for IT&C Asset inventory control, ensure proper documentation, procedures and spares in place for all locations, solve problems escalated by other IT staffs. Ensure all the communication links are in operation properly including backup, monitor immediate report and action taken on any unsuccessful operation.

LAN issue, manage Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server and Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0 performance via provided systems management tools to obtain statistics on efficiency of operation. Configure maintenance and troubleshooting of PABX system, set-up required software configuration as needed by the user. Perform, log and check daily tape backup of NT Server and prepare weekly IT management report of activities. User administrating and support mobile users who have remote email facilities (Exchange and/or CC: Mobile). Maintain/update hardware equipment inventory, including inventory tagging of IT equipment.
