• Ensuring a better experience through proper resolutions for country wide vendors (restaurants, shopsand home chefs)• Have hands-on experience of Salesforce, Tableau and Operations portal for data collection.• Responsible for the implementation & creation of vendor self-service tools.• Work on the non-commercial issues of partners; Offboarding, Ownership change / conflict, Rejections/Order Cancellation• Maintain daily/weekly reporting and analysis of partner-centric data for greater visibility and suggestprocess improvements.• Evaluate and make action plans to bring vendor contact reasons to a minimum ensuring a seamless,issue-less experience for our vendors.• Implement and maintain updated tax policy and resolve issues regarding NTN and GST.• Develop, implement and improve SOP’s and operational KPI’s for the team and provide monthly teamreporting to the line manager to ensure smooth teamwork

• Conduct business reviews for almost 50+ priority vendors and guide them about business growththrough Foodpanda.• Verify and resolve claims of low orders, erroneous commissions, unsatisfactory performance, issueswith online payment orders etc.• Maintaining close professional relations with restaurant owners and partners to further businessgrowth.• Acquiring 200+ strategic deals & discounts on the platform through a data driven approach

•Key account management (Coke, Nestle, Dunya News, Super Tasker, Active media, Airlink, ESR,Foodies R u, Cheetay, WWE, Emporium mall, Packages Mall)• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies, CSR funds and activities• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management(CRM) system
