 Design, develop and support object-oriented, multitier desktop and web-based software applications conforming to specifications and business requirements of end-user/client. Design and develop GUI, middle tier, and back-end objects. Implement re-usable software components/libraries and perform integration and deployment activities. Understand consumer/customer requirements with respect to its impact to the success of the business goal and be able to translate them to a technical implementation. Decompose customer requirements into functional tasks. Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences. Writing detailed technical documentation for every aspect of the application as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades. Generate test cases to verify that all requirements have been fulfilled, software quality standards are achieved and business goals are accomplished. Write test plans and user acceptance test cases for quality assurance and improve the performance of applications via load and stress testing. Provide technical and analytical support to Application users. Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code to ensure performance and data integrity & security. Improve the quality and testability of codebase, refining testing & release tools, as well as making enhancements to frameworks and libraries.
