Andrew works on CEO and VP-level searches for Enterprise Software, Application, Infrastructure and Internet Services companies at the forefront of innovation. During his tenure with Kindred, he has successfully helped build the senior leadership teams at Allocadia, AgilOne, Alfresco, Anaplan, Captora, Climate Corporation (acquired by Monsanto), Clio, Cloudability, Code for America, Emissary, Eyeview, Flurry (acquired by Yahoo!), ForgeRock, HashiCorp, Jana Mobile, Linqia, MapR, MetaMarkets, Panzura, Promolytics, ShopKeep, SiSense, Socialware (acquired by Proofpoint), SpotZot (acquired by Valassis), SumoLogic, Swrve, Topsy (acquired by Apple), Udemy and YottaMark.Prior to joining the team, Andrew worked in business development and sales management at Xerox Corporation in New York City. In addition to his work at Kindred, Andrew serves as a member of the Board of Governors of his alma mater, Hyde School.He has his M.B.A from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and holds his undergraduate degree in Business Management and International Affairs from Gettysburg College.
