At Poncho eLearning, I specialise in education through entertainment, combining my passion for creativity in instructional design and project management. My role involves leading eLearning projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As an instructional designer, my focus was on leveraging the latest edTech for immersive and interactive learning. Crafting engaging educational experiences using advanced tools and advise top institutions on integrating these technologies. My role ensured our clients maintained at the forefront of educational innovation.

In this role I led the development of accredited training packages for CFA volunteers, focusing on crafting comprehensive and effective training solutions. This involved not only the strategic development of training content but also recruiting and establishing work processes to build a sustainable team. My efforts were directed towards creating a robust framework that would support the continuous growth and development of volunteers. I transitioned from this position to pursue an opportunity more closely aligned with my passion for educational technology and innovative practices, aiming to leverage my skills in a domain that focuses on the cutting edge of learning and development.

In a six-month contract role, I supported initiatives aimed at enhancing and innovating teaching and learning practices, along with the use of both physical and digital learning spaces. This work was in alignment with the University's strategy to provide a premium education through a blended approach. My contributions were focused on integrating cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to improve the educational experience, ensuring that both instructors and students could benefit from a more engaging, flexible, and effective learning environment.

Management of the Building Leadership Simulation Centre delivery team, working with clients to develop bespoke training products for their staff. Accountable for managing the development process from start to finish, including ideation, design, development, and evaluation.

Design and development of immersive learning for the construction industry. This included managing a team of actors and psychologists to deliver impactful learning around leadership, safety, and conflict management for the construction industry.

Delivery and upkeep of a tram simulator used to accelerate the learning for new tram drivers. Development of learning materials and interactive training tools including animation, LMS modules and simulations.

Development and delivery of computer based simulation products across Victoria. Using simulation technology to assist in reinforcing procedure and firefighting tactics.
