 Follow up on Shipments from Suppliers based on the communication from Planning and Procurement Department.  Arrange for storage of material received and remove bottlenecks if any regarding space in coordination with Logistics Manager.  Ensure claims are lodged for any discrepancies in shipment received. Ensure timely execution of Sales Orders and the obtain Proof Delivery.  Ensure proper documentation procedures are in place and monitor them.  Ensure systematic record keeping and storage of files in line with Audit requirements. Run Age Analysis Report and highlight it to Management for arranging quick liquidation.  Ensure accuracy of Inventory maintained at ware houses by conducting Cycle counts on a daily basis and report discrepancies if any to the Line Manager. Ensure proper maintenance of resources available and their proper utilization for better productivity. (eg., Fork Lifts, Trucks, Vans, Laborers, etc).

Major responsibilities: Ensure conducting of Inventory Cycle Count on a Daily basis throughout the Kingdom warehouses (Including Show Rooms).  Ensure Reports are checked and discrepancies analyzed in relation to Cost and report to Department Manager. Arrange for Monthly Stock take of complete stock and report discrepancies if any. Ensure proper Record keeping and storage of relevant Inventory documents based on Audit requirements. Conduct Surprise check of Inventory by self at different branches and show rooms. Participate in any other type of Audit based on Departments needs and advise of the Manager.  Close follow up on Stock Ageing and submit relevant reports with details of cost.

 Arrange for Inventory Counting on a Monthly basis in all warehouses and Show Rooms (GCC Countries). Arrange to analyze the reports received and produce the reconciliatory statement. Visit individual Warehouses or Show Rooms and conduct Inventory of Stock, reconcile Petty Cash account, Check for remittances if any and approve release of responsible personnel either for vacation or for final exit. Participate in monthly meetings and highlight grey areas to the management with Audit records.
