Under leadership of the Chief Strategic Communications and Public Information, my day-to-day operation duties was to develop a new website, end-to-end content creation and all aspects of production and post-production processes, filmed interviews, graphic design and social media update on daily basis to support the Ebola crisis team in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). This was second largest epidemic in history after the 2014 west African epidemic. • Developing and managing the EERC website and social media platforms (Twitter, Flickr and YouTube). Preparing new pages for the website, incorporating graphics as needed. Developing the content for website and social media platforms on regular basis. • Designing the graphic elements for EERC web platform and promotional materials like Ebola Survivors Campaign, Postcard, Quote card as well as advertisement banner for website and social media (includes the peacekeeping website and mission sites). • Filming (shooting events and interviews) and editing that's include adding narration and music and tiles – texts and graphics on screen with professional video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite). Produce clear, concise, and engaging materials that convey key messages to target audiences in DRC• Support design of social media campaign for International Day of UN Peacekeepers (29 May), assisting with production of multimedia content such as video, graphics and animation.• Regularly produce analytical reports on the perception and performance of EERC's online platforms (website and social media platforms)

• As an IT Specialist – Responsible for application support and client service support, provide ICT service for approx. 5000 clients (uniform and civilian).• Provided technical support for UN applications related to procurement, asset management, staff movement, vehicle movement and fuel usage.• Provide and coordinate level 1 & 2 IT and communication support to end-users in Kinshasa & regions in DRC• Meticulously maintain the ticketing system of Level 2 Help Desk function and document all resolutions and lessons learned for the staff.• As a Webmaster – Responsible for design and create new Intranet and websites for using HTML, Dreamweaver, Frontpage, CSS, JavaScript, Drupal, DotNetNuke and WordPress.• Update and maintain existing websites including main UN Mission News, Press conference, Press Release, Newsletter and International Observances.• Develop and promote the UN web branding style guides using UN web standards.• Support and maintain website multilingual capabilities in Mission official languages.• Provide orientation and training to staff and clients on the use of CMS and web tools.

• Responsible for the layout, visual appearance, and usability of a website. This role combines the skills of web developer as well as a designer. • Liaising with clients right from design stage and collecting relevant information such as the objective behind the site, the target audience, leading competitors etc. • Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and have required all the features. • Developing web pages using a combination of codes and designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Flash, or using code-generating programs such as Dreamweaver and Frontpage. • Project managed the design and implementation of the company's first shopping portal. By coordinating the affairs of the Production, Marketing, Finance and Training departments, I was able to complete and launch this portal on budget and schedule.
