Current- Leading efforts to establish an equity framework to increase statewide postsecondary credential completion, partnering with stakeholders to monitor progress and achieve statewide goals.
- Collaborates with the University of Delaware-CRESP team to enhance the Delaware Student Success dashboard, transforming it into a tool to drive discussions on equity and student support systems.
- Serves as the Delaware SARA (State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) representative, managing institutional applications and ensuring compliance with state and national regulations.
- Administers the state's Higher Education Authorization program, overseeing approvals for degree-granting institutions and maintaining regulatory alignment.
- Leads the state’s dual enrollment program, developing program quality standards, overseeing reimbursement processes, and exploring innovative models for early postsecondary opportunities.
- Serving as a key project manager for the implementation of the statewide credit for prior learning framework and contribute to the development of a postsecondary longitudinal database.
