As an Employee Development and Engagement manager, my goal is to drive initiatives across a global organization that foster employee growth and cultivate a positive company culture. I’m a bridge between individuals; helping them connect, communicate, and collaborate more effectively. In my role, I most enjoy leaning into my strengths as a relator and developer to uncover what each person brings to their role, and working with department managers across the organization to address their employee training needs, listening for functional gaps, and recommending external training resources.
