Towson Town Center, Baltimore, MD – Design and renovation of 250,000 sq. ft. corridors to the existing mall and the design and construction to a 235,000 sq. ft. new expansion that will house new 11 plus retail stores and restaurants. As a project architect involved at all stages including field survey, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Also responsible for material research, design presentation, and construction administration by assisting in the shop drawing review process, data and technical information for conformance in accordance with the architectural documents and specifications.IBN Battuta Project, Dubai, UAE – Assisted with the design and development for the IBN Battuta Mall mix use complex containing 2 million sq. ft. of new offices, residential towers, retails, parking structures, and roadways. Assisted and participated with the design team during the concept and design development phase of producing concept layouts, schematic drawings, model making, and presentation drawings.BWI Airport Rail Station, Baltimore, MD – As a project designer, responsible for field survey, analysis of existing condition, preparation of conceptual work and design presentation drawings of 50,000 sq. ft. new construction addition to the existing station. (LEED Guideline, Sustainable Design)MTA Police Northern Facility, Baltimore, MD - Assisted in the development and production during the schematic phase, design development, and presentation drawings for the new 48,000 sq. ft. police training facility.My role involved the participation and assistance on various small projects ranging from design presentations to construction document developments on retail store and center and mix use buildings. Responsible for code development, material research, corresponding and coordinating with other consultants and disciplines in conformance with project scope and budget as mandated with each program.

A New Head Start Center, Hendersonville, NC - Assisted at all phases of project including conceptual design, design development, material and code research, preparation of construction documents and bidding negotiation. As well as involved in reviewing shop drawings and contract submittals as per architectural drawings and specifications.Onnink Residence, Hendersonville, NC - Responsible for freehand sketches, presentation drawings, design development and construction documents. Also involved in client coordination and consultants correspondence during design development and construction phases-observation.Blair House, Hendersonville, NC - Responsible for freehand sketches, presentation drawings, design development and construction documents. Involved in client coordination and consultants correspondence during design development phase.As an Intern Architect, assisted in various projects including field survey, client meetings, conceptual design, presentation drawings and construction administration of the projects.
