My teen years were spent exploring nature, culminating in adventures with a backpack. I work, love, travel, and experiment. I learn from books, newspapers, the internet, tutorials, and, most importantly, from observing the world around me, always with my eyes on the horizon.I am a passionate Recruitment professional with over 5 years of experience, excelling in the art of recruitment, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and position. Holding a degree in Architecture (B.Arch.), I initially worked as an architect, gaining valuable technical knowledge and insight that proved particularly useful for recruiting in construction and design positions. Since 2019, I've specialized in technical recruitment, focusing on Engineering, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Design, and Manufacturing roles, with a strong background in IT recruitment. My expertise spans sourcing, screening, team handling, recruitment operations, and client management. I've collaborated with diverse industries including Construction, Data Canters, Airports, IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, and EV sectors, successfully filling niche requirements.
