I have experienced 5 years & above in Manufacturing Engineering field.When FF/FS design new model proceed,contact to(Foster Japan/Foster Singapore) and schedule management.Plan and advice the improvement sample work to designer in charge in order to meet customer comment.Before Trial Production,prototype quality sample making with customer requirement and part certification issuing for first article part to be standardize.Work closely with Foster Japan designer,follow up the new model and report to designer,Submit sample submission for customer approval.Our side will perform on side evaluation of new model ENG TP/PP etc.Receive information from Foster Japan regarding about new model registration,distribute the information to designer in charge includes BOM entry,manufacturing index,schedule.Attend new model production on line inspection at FSM,provide support and give advice to production.Judge the sample parts according to the actual usage and inspection data.Endorse all necessary document includes Glovia entry,drawing.etc..Register Engineering Documents and issue to other department.Revising the changes or adding of part drawing requirement with Ideas & NX11 software.And assign engineerand clerk for daily jobs.Involve in company improvement team ,eg.QC,QIT,Production,FR team.To be good quality product,controlling and arranging manufacturing standard,inspection standard & packing standard.For quality problem,making step by step analysis with all CFT member especially quality reporting with 8D & 5-why etc. for problem solving.Judge & appraise the product quality on trail production to be standard quality productbefore mass production.Have to communicate with other Foster groups (Foster China/Foster Vietnam etc)very frequently according to make reference in fixing some problems in Myanmar factory those were formerly occurred and well experienced by above Foster factories.Need to co-operate with other departments such as PROD/PC/PUR/Store/PPE/QC/QA.
