1.Project Management of High end Interiors Fit outs works like F&B, Restaurant, Health clinic, Corporate offices etc. 2.Taking over the project and handing over of the project from Inception to completions. 3.Client Management, vendor management, site supervision, sub-contractor management etc. 4.Site Management for Interiors Fit outs Works i.e. Marble & Granite, Joinery, FF&E, Gypsum, Glass, Wall paper, Carpet, Metal etc. 5.Involved in Due Diligence, Risk assessment & value engineering. 6.Site Coordination for Civil, MEP, Structural works. 7.Managing fabrication of joinery with Al shirawi joinery company regarding production as per project requirements. 8.Provide design Inputs and approval of shop drawings with Architects and interior consultants passing on the same to Design and Development department to release items for productions. 8.Coordinating with Design consultants, R.C.C consultants and Service consultants9. All Authorities approvals like DM.Dewa, DCD,DDA

Manage overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful business strategy, planning and management of company policies, Sales, Joinery factory, staff, labors, productions ,purchase ,estimations, productivity, quality control and safety measures etc. Responsibilities:1.Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees2.Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions3.Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures4.Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends etc.5.Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.6. Develop operations systems for Joinery factory and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for productions of joinery items, packing, delivery, installations and handover.7. Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes as required.8.Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations of country.9.Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues.10.Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees11.Manage relationships with key operations vendors, Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels etc.12.Communicate client issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the client experience, including resolving problems and complaints
