• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and Lookahead programs• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule• Calculates activity durations based on actual productivity rates of the team to ensure practical program• Ensures the site execution as per the drawings and supervising site teams• Supervise the work done by labor against time
