Registered Architect with Council Of Architects, Graduated B.Arch from Hindustan College of Engineering & certified by Anna University - Chennai in 2007. Practicing for the past 16 years as an Architect & Interior Designer. Welcoming any typology and scale of Architectural and interior design projects. Mostly focusing on residential projects.

First and foremost, as an Architect, the main activity I have been involved is designing. In addition to that, I have been handling job responsibilities such as,• Client interactions as and when required.• Preparation of weekly and monthly work schedule for my team.• Attend Director board meetings to frame the project requirements and finalise each projects design and layout.• Framing the budget for each project and estimation of material used. • Co-ordination with the marketing team to launch the project.• Organizing department meetings and also discussions with project managers for their respective projects in order to understand the execution status of the project and their drawing requirements.• Checking and approving drawings (Architectural, Interior, landscape details, working drawings, electrical drawings etc) before forwarding it to the site.• Regular site visits to inspect & ensure the quality & correctness of finishing works being executed at site.• Visits to select & finalize materials for finishes from in and abroad.• Interactions with external consultants related to design.• Co-ordination with agencies such as Architects, Interior Designers, Structural Engineers, Contractors, Vendors etc.
