As both an Account Executive and Account Manager in my career, I’ve been responsible for addressing clients concerns and needs as effectively as possible, managing the client relationships, and hitting our target numbers. My clients have stretched from small businesses with 10 employees, to large enterprise corporations with tens of thousands of employees. I graduated from The University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Marketing, and returned to obtain my Master in Business Administration. These degrees have helped at both a micro and macro level to build relationships, address client concerns, and have played an integral part in attracting and retaining new customers.
