Throughout my 22 years in the profession, I strongly believed that along with persistence comes patience. I need to be aggressive in meeting my goals but do need to understand that accomplishing big goals take time. It is pertinent to break the big goals down into smaller goals which can be accomplished in a couple of days or weeks to chart the progress, gives time to assess each and every action taken, and change course if necessary.Rushing things through may not afford me the time to do all of this. As I had get used to scheduling all tasks and being patient for results to come in, always create a constant flow of positive reinforcement – considered goal-setting, scheduled tasks, patience and achieving the desired results. I will have to keep going no matter the obstacles that i have to deal with, and to possess the energy that keeps me going. Ultimately, it will boost the drive to keep working smart because I always trust that hard work eventually pays off as Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence.
