I have over 11 years of experience in this field, with a strong background in master planning, architectural design, engineering, and procurement. I am a registered architect under the Council of Architecture, India.My mission is to create sustainable, efficient, and innovative solutions for the industrial and logistics sector, which is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic segments of the real estate market in India. I have been instrumental in developing over 400 acres of land and 6 million sq. ft. of industrial and logistics parks, as well as 35 acres of land and 4 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial development across Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi/NCR, and Hyderabad. I have also played a crucial role in facilitating the exit of Warburg Pincus and Embassy Group to Blackstone, one of the largest deals in the Indian industrial and logistics space. I am passionate about delivering value to our clients, partners, and stakeholders, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethics.
