Role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with clients via phone call and email, and overseeing day to day operations. This includes taking and placing stock orders via back-end fulfilment systems, domestic and international shipping and fulfilment, assistance with accounting operations, establishing and maintaining systems for admin and goods-related customer services e.g. returns, claims, shipping etc. and a key focus on interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure cohesive operation of the company.
