As a student at university, like most of my classmates, I aspired to open a pharmacy, however, as a recent graduate, I only had a brief career in a pharmacy, where I learned human contact and practiced customer advice.I then joined the pharmaceutical industry, as an assistant pharmacist, where I had the chance to witness the very beginning of the packaging activity and to participate fully in its development.This opened up new perspectives for me as its activities diversified, the company has evolved a lot since then, and allowed me to evolve just as much.In 2013, meeting a group of former friends from the faculty led me to specialize in ISO management systems, while keeping my position at GEO PHARM.During my professional career, I learned to overcome my shyness, to speak in public, to manage teams, to take up challenges and above all to develop my collaborators.My way of not falling into routine is to master, train, delegate, then explore other horizons.
