Most recent accomplishments include:• Responsible for launched a call center in India of 125 employees for both call center and back office operations. Groundwork included coordinating resources for the development of phone services and call routing from the U.S, and contract negotiations. Also coordinated call center requirements such as staffing forecast, time interval analysis, scheduling and execution of Disaster Recovery plan.• Create and document business continuity plans for domestic sites as well strategic exit plans for vendor termination.• Directed special projects to research and troubleshoot any unexpected changes to call volumes or issues reported by operations.
