Summer Internship Committee, NICMAR-Pune, a part of the Placement Department, works towards achieving Summer Internships for the students.The scope entitles objectivity of developing and cultivating relationships with Corporations for both recruitment and non recruitment related activities. This involves proactively engaging firms on a regular basis, managing operations during Internship Process and acting as a bridge between the students and Organizations and Industry Leaders during interactions through Business Talks and Live Corporate Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Coordination, Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports, quality and safety Inspection, preparation of snag lists, pending lists with criticality indicator.

• Working closely with clients and preparing the design brief• Working on the layouts and developing interior 3D models and coordinating with 3D visualizers• Preparation of design proposal and presenting it to the client• Preparation of working drawings, Bill of Quantities and Tender Documentation• Finalising the material palette and submitting to the client based on the design and budget requirements• MEP coordination with the Consultant and the site team

Space Planning, Preliminary and Detail drawings, for few Residential and Commercial Projects, Making 3D models, Renders and Physical models of both Architectural and Interior projects
