Personal description:I describe myself as a proactive person, organized, hard work, a leader, like to work in teams and work by objectives. I like to apply all my knowledge and experience in my daily activities. Always looking to get better results. My objectives are: Continue growing in the industry, get experience working around the world and work as a board member.Professional development in the project management and processes area. An important belief is that information is a paramount input which helps you make decisions and identify potential risks. Some achievements:• Implementation of the whole portfolio 2016 ensuring that the projects met the budget and within time. Restructure the processes of the project office defining the strategy for 2016 and 2017. Through this restructure the objective was adding the best practices in project administration as PMP & SCRUM • In 2006 I established new practices and processes to improve the quality in the final product. The main purpose of these changes was to generate a new culture in which the quality plays an important role. During the time that the company was working with these standards the re works in the production area decrease 80% • Through my studies of the master degree I was selected to be in the ‘Infinity Leadership’ program. Our project was to develop an APP for a non-profit organization. The select topic was: eating habits in students. The app arrived to 1,500 downloads in 1 month. Right now La Trobe University has the authority of this app. • Evaluate different initiatives considering scope, time, resources and impact; choosing the best ones and translate it to a project. All the time thinking that all the processes are part of a system therefore, it is necessary to monitor all the aspects. For instance, one of the projects was to change the platform of human resources system and integrate to the actual ERP of the company.
