-Independently interact with prospective and existing clients to collect financial statements, Tax Returns and other applicable information to include but not limited to account's receivables aging, accounts payable aging, rent rolls, operating statements, leases, corporate documents and environmental reports.-Independently complete financial statement spreading and cash flow/global cash flow analysis, as requested and needed. -Complete Fixed charge coverage ratio analysis on capital intensive businesses. -Complete full underwriting on C&I and Commercial real estate credits. Identify loan purpose, source of repayment, collateral value/priority, and full written analysis of all credit elements within a credit loan approval.-Participate in presentations/ meeting with credit administration to negotiate structuring, pricing, and edits needed to highlight and or mitigate credit risks.-Track loan agreement compliance, covenant monitoring, borrowing base certificates and financial reporting. -Analyze financial and other information and complete file memos or written analysis to document trends and, where necessary, report and/or gain credit approval for action taken on Loan Agreement violations.-Independently interact with customers to collect information needed to complete loan renewals ahead of loan maturity dates, to include information needed to order new property appraisal as applicable.-Accompany lenders on business calls and/or site visits as requested.

-Provide assistance and operational support in the commercial lending department as well assist in the daily workflow to ensure that current loans are in complete conformity with terms- Communicate with title/escrow companies, insurance companies as well as environmental companies on a daily basis. -Specialize in different types of loans including commercial real estate loans (Owner,non-owner occupied, multi family properties)as well as Lines of credits and construction loans. -Order appraisals, environmental reports, title reports, UCC searches as needed. -Help and assist manage a commercial loan portfolio of approximately $200 million.-Ensure timely system inquiries to obtain credit history information on potential borrowers, and provide documents to the processing/servicing department for new and renewal loan closings as required.-Ensure timely client relationship tracking, processing paperwork,assembling and summarizing information as requested in a timely manner.-Prepare routine correspondence, process account changes, researches and resolves account related problems and responds to client inquires.-Research, compile and prepare month end reports.
