Primary Responsibilities:•Assist Property Manager in preparing fit list exhibits and spreadsheet analysis for new projects which include creating house blocks provided by clients•Prepare & Develop individual Plot Plans (including any required calculations and research) for the City of Folsom, Sacramento County and Rancho Cordova•Prepare & Develop development plans and tentative maps•Provide monthly billing of all projects currently working on with plot plan tracking spreadsheets created in excel (working from 5 to 10 projects at a time)•Assist in any required special projects/exhibits when needed•Assist in training some new hires in Plot Plans, Fit Lists, and/or any special exhibits required.

Provide surveying and mapping support services in the Concord office (currently remotely). Typical tasks performed include:*Daily generate a Field Data Report of survey data collected via field surveying activities and submit to Survey Project Manager for review (using software Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Explorer).*Calculate manhole dip sheets generated by field survey crew for various projects (calculate and insert information into an Excel spreadsheet).*Interpret legal descriptions from subdivision maps into CAD for specific projects (using software AutoCAD 2016).*Create topo drawings with contours and points shot by field survey crew for various projects (using software AutoCAD 2018 or 2020, Microsoft Excel and Trimble Business Center).*Edit Record of Survey (ROS) cad drawings to be resubmitted to the City (using software AutoCAD 2018).*Lidar classification using software MicroStation Connect for various projects.*Horizontal Placement plots using software InRoads.
