That’s why I thrive in workplaces where teamwork and collaboration are key—because that's where the best solutions come to life.I started my journey in Pedagogy, driven by the belief that education systems needed to change and better adapt to the needs of learners. That passion for transforming and improving learning led me to specialize in Human Resources and People Analytics, where I now apply my creativity to design innovative projects that not only develop teams but empower them to grow in an agile and strategic way.I’m naturally restless—monotony just isn’t for me.
