Asked to transition from first-ever head of marketing to first-ever head of people to build out Tegus and processes necessary for hyper-growth. Promoted three times between 2020 and 2022 while employee headcount grew from 85 to nearly 700, including three acquisitions and new offices in Ireland and Canada and contractors in Poland and Costa Rica.

First-ever head of marketing, streamlined email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, conducted brand audit and created top of the funnel leads for sales team, contributing to year over year and month over month sales records.Led initial diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for Tegus including creating and leading a working group of opted-in Tegus employees (25% of the company at the time) to create long-term, measurable DEI goals that were rolled out company-wide in Q4 of 2020.

Charged with designing and implementing "Lead with CPS," to increase retention and talent pipelines across the 35,000 employee district within eight months.- Engaged 100+ district staff in focus groups to gather feedback.- Collaborated with local non-profit to design and implement best practices.- Led three working groups and a steering committee of 60+ staff (including teachers, principals and administrators) to create universal leadership framework.- Developed and created framework of leadership competencies and aligned opportunities across all roles.- Created a centralized repository of 60+ leadership opportunities available to all staff, mapped to competencies, resulting in equitable access to leadership opportunities.

Head of marketing: responsible for branding and revenue for Stanford Athletics, including oversight of licensing for Stanford. Oversaw marketing for 36 varsity sports, including seven ticketed sports; managed 5-person team that executed all digital and email marketing and produced all marketing materials for Stanford Athletics. Revenue Generation: - Gained previously unprecedented approval of trademark use guidelines through relationships with licensing to create a “Team Stanford” tier for partners $500k+ (valued >$7.5MM at departure) - Managed team that increased digital ticket sales revenue by over 10%/year each year from 2014-18 - Athletics licensing representative, responsible for e-commerce deal that resulted in a revenue guarantee representing at least double annual e-commerce revenue for the departmentBrand Growth: - Created and oversaw rollout of branding guidelines and key messages, including gaining buy-in across the university that resulted in full adoption of consistent visual identity from all stakeholders across campusCollaboration and Team Building: - Worked extensively with development staff, particularly in work with the Stanford Athletics Board and Tech Committee.
